Application Procedure

Master of Divinity, Graduate Diploma of Divinity and Bachelor of Ministry Program
    Step One
      Download the College Application Form and Presbyterian Theological Centre (PTC) Application Form or contact the Administrator for the forms to be sent.

    Step Two
      Complete and return the Application Forms to CTCA with the following:
      • Academic records
      • IELTS results (if applicable)
      • Statement and references
      • A brief Financial Statement (full-time only)

    Step Three
      You may be invited for an interview with the Admission Committee and PTC Principal if required.

    Step Four
      You will be advised by mail/email of acceptance or otherwise.

    Step Five
      Complete a PTC Enrolment Form (to choose your units) and complete the Enrolment Process as required by PTC.
      Note: Units marked ‘(CTCA, Chinese)’ are units offered by CTCA.

    Step Six
      Make course payment to PTC (if not taking out FEE-HELP) before the end of week two of classes or as required by PTC.
      The closing date for applications is generally 15th November (for first semester) and 15th May (for second semester) but late applications may still be considered after this date.

Diploma and Certificate Program
    Our courses are run in different teaching centres every quarter. Course details can be found under the Course Venue and Schedule session. Enrollment form can be downloaded from our ‘Download Area’ one month before course commencement.
    Step One
      Download the Course Enrollment Form or email to ctca@ctca.org.au for the forms to be sent.

    Step Two
      For those enrolling in any course (taking credits) for the first time, they must have recommendations from their pastors or management committee of their church and pay a registration fee of $55. A ‘Conversion Testimony’ must also be attached before the end of the first course taken.

    Step Three
      The completed form with tuition fee must be sent to the College by the deadline of each course.

    Step Four
      You will be advised of enrollment by email 2 days before course commencement.


Church Leadership Training Workshop
    The six modules in the program will be run recursively every two years. Course details can be found under the Course Venue and Schedule session. Enrollment form can be downloaded from our ‘Download Area’ one month before course commencement.
